I thought I'd put this up for a moment of calm in what could be a hectic Monday morning. If you've got two minutes close your eyes or look out into the scenery around you or stare into this photo and just breathe. Notice your breath going in. And out. And in again. Slow it down. Feel it go in through your nose, down your neck and your chest expand. Let yourself notice how you feel when you hold it, just for a second. And then feel it rush back out. Feel your shoulders sink and your body relax. And breath in again. Breathing is the most innate action but it's wonderful how focusing on it can change your day.
