It was a beautiful day for a hike to Wreck Beach today. I think this part of the world missed the memo about the end of summer. Hot thick salty air, warm water, brilliant sun, beautiful colours. Even a White-Bellied Sea Eagle lazily fishing among the cliffs (photo on the website). My favourite part of the day was finding that someone had left a rope tied to the base of a small tree to help fellow hikers safely navigate the steepest part of the track. Whoever you are - thank you!
